“ The pizzas are delicious and the staff are friendly! They nail the basics. The crust has an excellent consistency, the ingredients are fresh, and the sauces are flavorful. They do take some creative risks with their pizzas, but with every pizza we had, the risk paid off. The Pizza Balconica, for example, is unique but expertly crafted. Rather than a typical tomato sauce, the sauce reminded me of an Ayvar (without the smoked eggplant). Their pizzas are definitely worth trying. I would like to encourage people to take risks and try something that sounds new or unusual. It's worth it. I'd like to encourage the staff to keep testing new recipes because you're doing great! ”
